Overview - This is for an Oncall Position
We are seeking energetic and guest-focused Oncall Banquet Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our guests enjoy seamless dining experiences during events and functions. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service will help elevate every occasion at our resort.
Duties
- Set up banquet bars according to event specifications
- Serve beverages promptly and courteously to guests during events
- Assist with food handling, food preparation, and clearing tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional guest services and address any needs or concerns
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards diligently throughout all service activities
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is preferred
- Bartending experience or restaurant experience that demonstrates knowledge of alcoholic beverages and service techniques
- Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is highly desirable
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
- Previous Bartending Experience is Required
