JOB SUMMARY:
As a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor at Spiretek International, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. Your role will involve managing stock, utilizing various equipment such as MRP systems, Reach trucks, Forklifts, RF scanners, and coordinating activities within the distribution center to support order fulfillment and maintain warehouse operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shipping and Receiving Operations:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely, labeling packages, and arranging for carrier pickup.
- Utilize MRP systems to track inventory levels, update stock records, and monitor reorder points.
- Operate Reach trucks and Forklifts to move materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Use RF scanners to scan barcodes, update inventory status, and locate items in the warehouse.
Order Fulfillment:
- Assist in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with E-commerce teams to fulfill online orders and maintain shipping schedules.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Warehouse Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by arranging stock strategically and disposing of packaging materials properly.
- Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies or damaged goods for resolution.
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in using MRP systems for inventory management.
- Experience operating Reach trucks and Forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Knowledge of stock control procedures within a Distribution Center.
- Familiarity with RF scanners for tracking inventory movements.
- Understanding of E-commerce operations related to shipping and receiving.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments.

- Able to lift 30 lbs
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Good eyesight
- Fast learner
- Basic English communication
- Basic computer data entry skills
- Able to read and write in English
- Capable of multitasking
- Can work from 8 to 5 PM
- Can work overtime, as needed

- H.S. diploma
- Capable of cleaning his work area every day before leaving
