Job Title: Bakery Assistant (Part-Time)

Schedule: Flexible Part-Time | Approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Weekend Availability Required
Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable Bakery Assistant to help bake and prepare fresh products for our customers. This is a hands-on role focused on baking pre-prepared items, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean work area. No scratch baking experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone interested in bakery work or looking for a flexible part-time position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pre-made bakery products according to established procedures and schedules.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with stocking and organizing bakery items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking equipment and work areas.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Work weekends and flexible hours based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Previous bakery, kitchen, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks.
- Weekend availability required.
