What we are looking for:

Self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and awesome communication & interpersonal skills.

Dependable individual with an excellent work ethic and the ability to stand/walk during the entire shift.

Must be willing to learn and have the ability to be coached.

Previous Gantry Style, Swiss Style, and/or Mill/Turn Style lathe operation preferred.

Min. 3 years of any CNC operation, experience operating Murata and/or Star machinery a plus

Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools, calipers and micrometers, etc.

Understanding of production procedures.

Experience in geometric tolerancing along with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals as well as GD&T.
Job Summary:
A successful machinist/operator within our organization will accurately and efficiently use multi-axis CNC machines to produce quality parts, troubleshoot, set-up or process issues quickly, maintain equipment, and keep all production areas clean and organized.
