We are seeking a Special Education Resource Teacher to join an elementary or middle school in Lompoc, CA for the 2026–2027 school year.
- Position: SPED Teacher
- Location: Lompoc, CA
- Contract Dates: ASAP – June 4, 2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 8 hours/day
- Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Pay Rate: $54–$61/hour
- License: California SPED Mild/Moderate (M/M) Credential through CTC
- Credential Support: School will assist with the CTC credentialing process
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students with mild/moderate disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized instruction based on student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the development and implementation of IEPs
- Valid California Special Education Mild/Moderate credential preferred
- Candidates who need assistance obtaining their CTC credential may be considered
- Elementary school experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
