We're building a creative and passionate team to help launch something truly special. We’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager / Mixologist to lead our bar program and deliver a cocktail experience as memorable as our menu.
Position Summary
As our Bar Manager / Mixologist, you’ll take the lead on creating a cocktail program that celebrates Latin spirits and ingredients with a modern twist. You’ll be responsible for everything from designing the drink menu to building and managing a talented bar team. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role with creative freedom.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft an original, Latin-inspired cocktail menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Manage day-to-day bar operations, scheduling, and team development
- Hire, train, and inspire bar staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and beverage cost control
- Ensure full compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws
- Partner with ownership on events, promotions, and brand-building efforts
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a bar manager or lead mixologist
- Expertise in Latin spirits (e.g., tequila, mezcal, pisco, rum) and cocktail innovation
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Detail-oriented, guest-focused, and passionate about service
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Alcohol service certification preferred
