Your Role:
As a Service Manager / Service Advisor, you will:

Lead and Manage the service department to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Advise Customers on necessary repairs and services, building trust and repeat business.

Maximize Efficiency by ensuring smooth shop operations and technician productivity.

Monitor KPIs & Goals to meet revenue and service targets.

Ensure Profitability by overseeing estimates, pricing, and warranty claims.

Foster a Strong Team by motivating and mentoring service staff.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years as a Service Manager or Service Advisor in a high-performing shop.

Leadership Skills: Ability to manage technicians and service advisors while keeping operations running smoothly.

Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent communication and sales ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Efficiency Mindset: You understand the value of time, streamline workflows, and know how to prioritize repairs profitably.

Tech-Savvy & Organized: Experience with shop management software and digital service workflows is a plus.

Financial Acumen: Understanding of labor rates, parts margins, and how to increase profitability while maintaining integrity.
