Marketing Representative – Endodontic Dental Office
Modern Endodontics is a specialty dental practice focused exclusively on root canal treatments. We are seeking a personable, organized, and energetic Marketing Representative who is self-motivated, professional, and thrives on building strong relationships.
This role requires reliable transportation, as travel to referring dental offices is a key part of the position. As our Marketing Representative, you will be the face and voice of Modern Endodontics—maintaining existing referral relationships while developing new partnerships within the dental community.
Responsibilities
- Ensure treatment reports are delivered to referring offices in a timely manner
- Visit referring offices regularly to maintain strong communication and relationships
- Reach out to new dental offices to introduce Modern Endodontics and our services
- Represent the practice professionally in all external interactions
- Collaborate daily with the Office Manager to relay important updates and feedback
- Assist with front office duties as needed
Requirements
- Experience in marketing or a related field required
- Basic dental knowledge preferred, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active insurance required
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Bilingual (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin) preferred, but not required

- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
