Busy group Cardiology practice in Southern Maryland is hiring an experienced Medical Assistant for an 8-week assignment starting 6/8/26.
This MA will be assigned to our Nuclear Medicine team and later transition to the Chronic Care Management (CCM) desk.
On the Nuclear team, you will perform EKGs and monitor treadmill patients during cardiac stress tests. For the CCM role, you will make scheduled phone check-ins with our chronic care patients, and record this in the medical record. We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant that is patient focused and has a pleasant caring personality.
We will provide on the job training.
