Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of refrigeration experience.
- Licenses: Must possess a valid Stationary Engineer’s License.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to pass a HAZMAT physical.
- Work History: No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certifications: CARO or CIRO Certification preferred; forklift certified or able to obtain within the probationary period.
- Location: Must be able to work 100% on-site in Akron, NY.
- Availability: Must be available to work 2nd Shift (3 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday).

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, including GMP, PSM, and RMP, to maintain a safe work environment.
- Documentation: Create and manage work orders in the computerized Maintenance Management System, ensuring accurate time tracking and requisition of materials.
- Emergency Response: Maintain membership and training in the company emergency response team as required by OSHA standards.
- Physical Tasks: Lift up to 50 pounds, perform basic math and measurements, and work at heights using ladders and platforms.
