Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Manufacturing Associate to join our CNC workshop team. This role involves operating balancing equipment, inspecting parts, deburring, packing, and supporting daily production activities while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. 1st2nd shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:

Setupoperate dynamic balancing equipment for precision compressor rotors.

Complete the associated productioninspection documentation.

Deburr parts using rotary pneumatic tools.

Conduct inspections of male and female components to verify conformance to drawings, specifications, and quality requirements

Assist with cleaning, packing,preparing parts for shipment.

Maintain a cleanorganized work area in compliance with safetyquality standards.

Collaborate with team members to support smooth workflowminimize downtime.

Participate in cross-training for other shop floor tasks as needed.
