Job Summary
We are growing and looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our expanding rehabilitation team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and build our speech therapy program alongside an experienced team of PTs and OTs in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate closely with our Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy teams to provide coordinated, interdisciplinary care
- Develop individualized treatment plans and complete timely documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs
- Participate in care coordination with physicians, families, and clinical staff
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license
- CCC-SLP preferred (CF candidates may be considered depending on experience)
- Strong communication and clinical collaboration skills
- Homecare experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
