Kaldi's Coffee Georgia Tech | Hourly Team Lead
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role at our Georgia Tech campus locations. You'll run shifts, support your team, and hold operational standards day in and day out. Real responsibility, real accountability, real growth potential.
Before You Apply
A minimum of 3–5 shifts per week and weekend availability is required. If your schedule doesn't allow for that, this role isn't the right fit.
What the Role Is
You're the person the shift runs through — opening and closing procedures, shift labor management, coaching team members in real time, handling guest concerns before they escalate, and making sure standards hold when it gets busy. You'll cross-train across FOH and BOH so you can lead from any position on the floor.
This is an hourly role with real shift management responsibility. You're not in the back. You're on the floor, leading.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year leading a team in a café, restaurant, or retail environment
- Able to hold people accountable without making it personal
- Reliable, punctual, and composed under pressure
- Clear communicator with both your team and guests
- Experience with opening/closing procedures and operational checklists is a plus
