Part-Time Property & Facilities Assistant
Looking for a dependable, versatile, and hardworking individual to join our team on a part-time basis.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and well-maintained. No two days are exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, and willing to tackle a wide range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning and detailing vehicles
- Cleaning office buildings, storage units, and common areas
- Washing windows and maintaining the appearance of the property
- General maintenance and light repair tasks
- Property upkeep and organization
- Assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed
The ideal candidate will be:
- Exceptionally trustworthy and honest
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and respect for personal privacy
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-directed with a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing quality work
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Physically capable of performing cleaning and light maintenance tasks
- Willing to learn and help wherever needed
Experience in cleaning, maintenance, automotive detailing, or property management is a plus, but a positive attitude, integrity, and dependability are even more important.
