Tonino's Trattoria & Pizzeria is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our growing kitchen team. If you're passionate about Italian cuisine, work well in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing quality food, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock workstations before service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner shifts
- Assist with food prep and inventory as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook experience required (Italian restaurant experience is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
