Job title: Housekeeper and Turnover Specialist, Luxury Vacation Rentals

About us VacaZon manages luxury vacation rentals across South Florida. Our cleanings are the difference between a five star review and a problem. We are looking for someone who sees the details everyone else misses.
What you will do
- Complete guest turnovers: full clean, laundry, linens, restocking, and staging the home to look photo ready
- Report maintenance issues, damage, and low supplies right away with photos
- Follow a checklist every time, including closing details like lights off, doors locked, and everything reset
- Work with our team by WhatsApp for scheduling and time tracking
What we are looking for
- Detail oriented, honest, and dependable
- Experience in vacation rental, hotel, or high end residential cleaning
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual is a plus
- Comfortable using a phone for photos, checklists, and messages
