Job Overview
Transcend ED is currently hiring PRN Overnight CNA, CMA, or LPN to join our compassionate team at our Residential Treatment Center in Monroe, NC. This is a key role supporting clients in a structured, recovery-focused environment during overnight hours. Must have experience with residential care and identify fixed availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supportive care and supervision to clients throughout the night
- Conduct routine safety checks and monitor the treatment environment for security and comfort
- Assist with medication administration (for Med Administrators) under licensure and policy
- Accurately document observations, incidents, and client interactions
- Support clients in maintaining a structured routine, including wake-up and morning transitions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility overnight
- Respond to crises and escalate to clinical staff as appropriate
- Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Current certification as CNA, CMA, or LPN
- Previous experience in behavioral health, residential care, or related field preferred
- Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to work independently overnight
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Passion for helping individuals in recovery from eating disorders or mental health conditions
