We’re looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) who is creative, caring, and loves to collaborate. Your Role:
- Deliver in-person occupational therapy to students in Broward County Public Schools
- Develop and implement individualized and group, educationally-relevant treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative services, collaborating closely with educators and families
- Support students in both general and special education classrooms
- Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress to parents and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
Ideal Candidate:
- Florida-licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
- Creative, collaborative, flexible, and passionate about working with children
- Strong communicator who appreciates a team setting
- School-based experience is a plus, but not required
Caseload:
Work with diverse students facing developmental, motor, sensory, and functional challenges that impact their participation in the classroom.
