Blackstone Roofing LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team. If you have strong leadership skills, commercial roofing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Manage commercial roofing projects from contract award through final closeout.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
Schedule projects and ensure jobs stay on time and within budget.
Conduct pre-construction meetings and job site inspections.
Monitor quality control and OSHA safety compliance.
Review project progress, resolve field issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
Communicate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Track project costs, approve invoices, and maintain profitability.
Complete punch lists, warranty items, and final project closeout documentation.
Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial roofing project management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal roofing, and commercial roofing systems.
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
