Level 1 -Typically 2-5 years experience.
-Basic customer communications skills/ presentability.
-Basic pipe skills. (dwv, domestic water lines, gas lines up to 3”)
-Basic fixture replacement experience.
-Basic routine troubleshooting skills and repairs.
-Basic use of tools and drain cleaning equipment.
-Basic drain cleaning skills.
-Planning and executing profitable routine plumbing jobs costing ($500-$2000)
Level 2-Typically 5-10 years experience.
-Confident customer communication skills/ presentability.
-Well rounded pipe skills. (Dwv, domestic water lines, gas lines up to 4” )
-Competent Industrial/Commercial/ Residential fixture repair/ replacement.
-Trouble shooting ability with most commercial and residential repairs.
-Use of all plumbing related tools and equipment. (video equipment, multimeter, manometer, pipe tools)
-Competent routine drain cleaning/water service diagnosis and recommendations ability.
-Planning and executing profitable routine plumbing jobs ($500-$4,000)
Level 3- Typically 10-15 years Experience
-Great customer communication skills/ presentability. Ability to close jobs.
-Proficient plumbing pipe skills. (Dwv, domestic water, Gas up to 6”)
-Proficient Commercial/Residential Fixture repair/replacement
-Extensive trouble shooting ability in commercial and residential applications.
-Extensive use of tools/ equipment. (Excavation/ Video, manometer, multimeter, thermal imaging, leak detection, Vitaulic pipe tools, cast iron/ ductile iron tooling)
-Expert drain cleaning/water service diagnoses ability/ repair.
-Planning and executing profitable routine plumbing jobs ($500-$10,000)
Level 4- Typically 15+ years
-Expert customer communication skills/ presentability.
-Expert plumbing pipe skills. (Dwv, domestic water lines, gas)
-Expert Commercial/Residential Fixture repair/replacement
-Expert trouble shooting ability in commercial and residential applications.
-Extensive use of tools/ equipment. (Excavation/ Video, manometer, multimeter, thermal imaging, leak detection, Vitaulic pipe tools, cast iron/ ductile iron tooling)
-Expert drain cleaning/water service diagnoses ability/ repair.
-Planning and executing routine and unique plumbing jobs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
