The Office of Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) is seeking an experienced Administrative Director based out of the Washington, DC Office. The Administrative Director will report to the Chief of Staff and will be responsible for the management of the administrative functions of the DC and state offices. Responsibilities may include assisting COS in developing and maintaining annual budget and administrative policies and procedures for the office; maintaining personnel records; working with Senate support agencies (SAA, AOC, Rules, USCP, etc) regarding all non-legislative business on behalf of the office; serving as Office Emergency Coordinator; and coordinating with internal functional teams on operations issues in DC and Pennsylvania. A successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a record of success managing complex systems, and familiarity with human resource practices and ethics rules. Hill experience and knowledge of Senate budget rules and systems preferred.
