10-Attorney Insurance Defense Litigation Firm in South Florida is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated INSURANCE DEFENSE LITIGATION PARALEGAL with FL Litigation experience to join its team.
100% REMOTE BUT YOU MUST LIVE IN FLORIDA AND HAVE FL CAR ACCIDENT DEFENSE EXPERIENCE!
IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 4+ years experience as a BODILY INJURY INSURANCE DEFENSE PARALEGAL in FL.
DUTIES: issuing subpoenas, drafting responses to demand letters, reviewing and summarizing medical records to prepare medical records summaries / chronologies, drafting pleadings/motions, issuing and answering written discovery, e-filing, legal research, and helping attorneys as their lifeline when it comes to preparing for depos, mediations and trials. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task. Must be able to do billable hours.
Billable hour experience is also required.
