Duties

- Handle food safely by following proper sanitation and hygiene protocols
- Support catering events by preparing and presenting food with flair and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to uphold health standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal delivery and smooth kitchen operations
Skills
- Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles preferred
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
- Knowledge of menu planning and meal assembly for diverse dietary needs
- Experience working in fine dining or restaurant environments highly desirable
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and service
