Appointment Specialist II

Primary Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional outreach to warm leads through phone, email, and text. Scripts, emails, and automations provide support.
- Efficiently schedule appointments and maintain precise data entry in the CRM (Job Nimbus)—strong spelling and attention to detail are essential.
- Oversee all automated system text interactions and manage leads beyond the initial 24-hour window.
- Conduct heavy follow-up calling during prime evening hours (5 PM–7 PM) and re-engage identified cold or stalled conversations with calls, texts, and emails.
- Support lead appointment specialist by answering overflow inbound calls and checking all lead source portals throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and data entry accuracy.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-5 years of experience in call center, appointment scheduling, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate CRM systems.
- Ability to collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth lead follow-up and service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Base $20.00 per hour, plus performance-based incentives for booked and completed appointments. Average, easy potential up to $30 hourly.
