Multi-Family Division 10 Project Manager / Sales
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | No Nights | No Weekends
The Role
C. Bennett Building Supply, Inc. is hiring for a Multi-Family Sales Representative. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with new and current clients, and driving sales targets for Division 10 products. By nurturing relationships and building connections, you will ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
You will earn a competitive base salary and have the option for performance-based commissions after getting fully established in your role. You are also eligible for our annual bonus program and have real room to grow and develop within the business.
Your Day-to-Day
- Actively research and identify potential clients, including contractors, developers, and architects
- Reach out to prospects, promote our extensive line of products and their benefits, and close deals
- Prepare and submit competitive product proposals, quotes, and bids with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and other staff to ensure sold products are appropriately delivered and installed
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs
- Work with internal teams — including marketing, operations, and logistics — to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction
- Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in multi-family industry management, sales or installation required
- Proven track record of meeting targets and driving revenue growth — please include specific examples in your resume or application!
- Strong understanding of the multi-family construction sector, blueprints, and project timelines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tools
- Self-starter with a high motivation to meet goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a territory
- Ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Criteria
- Experience working with multi-family residential projects
- Familiarity with Division 10 product lines such as closet shelving, restroom partitions, lockers, and other specialty products
