Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate intake information.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications to optimize clinic flow.
- Maintain detailed records of patient visits, medical terminology, and treatment notes with precision and confidentiality.
- Support clinical staff by preparing treatment areas, organizing supplies, and assisting with basic patient care tasks as needed.
- Answer phone calls promptly, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide clear information about services offered.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and treatment spaces to uphold safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate inpatient, outpatient, orthopedics, geriatrics, and sub-acute care services efficiently.
Experience
- Prior experience in hospital or clinic settings is highly preferred, especially Insurance verification
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics and individuals requiring acute or sub-acute care.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient service excellence with excellent communication skills.
- Previous roles involving intake processes or front desk responsibilities in healthcare settings are advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
