Job Title: General Laborer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with a variety of manual labor tasks. The ideal candidate is physically fit, follows safety procedures, and works well independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Clean and prepare work sites.
- Move materials and products as directed.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with projects and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Follow company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule.
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous labor or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
