Alongside complete ICE, hybrid, and electric vehicle (EV) service, we are actively expanding our specialized operations in ADAS calibration, module programming, windshield replacement, and accident repair.
We are looking for a sharp, high-character professional to take ownership of front-of-house operations, build long-term client trust, and drive shop productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Estimating & Service Sales: Formulate transparent, accurate, and profitable estimates across mechanical systems, high-voltage hybrid/EV powertrains, 12V electronics, windshield glass replacements, ADAS recalibrations, and accident/body repairs.
- Workflow & Dispatch Management: Direct the service floor by strategically routing work orders, procuring parts swiftly, staging bay flow, and maintaining technician efficiency to optimize overall shop cash flow.
- Client Advisory & Trust: Serve as the professional face of the business—translating detailed vehicle health inspections and diagnostic reports into clear, consultative recommendations that build lasting client retention.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee repair orders from check-in to quality-checked delivery, ensuring meticulous documentation and strict safety compliance across traditional and high-voltage platforms.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of success as an Automotive Service Advisor, Estimator, or Assistant/Service Manager.
- Working technical knowledge of general automotive mechanical systems, advanced electronics, module programming, ADAS, and emerging hybrid/EV architectures.
- Exceptional customer-facing communication, active listening, and consultative closing skills.
- Proven leadership ability to manage high-tempo shop traffic, maintain technician accountability, and optimize billable hours.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record and reliable daily commute to Brandon, FL.
