Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance operations within our property management portfolio. This vital role involves coordinating maintenance activities, supervising technical staff, working with our owners, tenants and property managers. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple properties, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Manage maintenance requests through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), tracking work orders from initiation to completion.
- Conduct Move out and city inspection walk throughs.
- Estimate work to be done.
- Contact owners with estimates.
- Ensure a quick turn around time for tenants to move in and out of properties.
- Manage Tenant Dispositions and deposit refunds.
Experience
- Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams within property management or industrial facilities.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, and mechanical repairs is recomended
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms for work order management and asset tracking.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently in manufacturing or large-scale property environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English with supervisory experience leading teams effectively in fast-paced settings. Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
