Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Cosmetology License (Required)
- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and delivering high-quality service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and a warm, client-focused attitude
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, blowouts, and treatments
- Create customized experiences that reflect each guest’s unique style and needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and rebooking practices
- Work alongside a dedicated team of stylists, estheticians, nail techs, massage therapists, and front desk professionals
- Educate guests on hair care and recommend professional retail products
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques to deliver modern, fashion-forward results
