Salary is based upon experience.
What You'll Do
You'll be the day-to-day leader of our Monte Vista operation, responsible for:
✔ Leading and developing a team of manufacturing employees
✔ Creating a world-class safety culture
✔ Managing production schedules and staffing
✔ Driving accountability and performance
✔ Partnering with our VP of Operations on production execution
✔ Working closely with Maintenance and Process & Quality to continuously improve the operation
✔ Building a culture where employees enjoy coming to work

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
