Job Description: We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Tanning Consultant to join our team! This position offers approximately 2–4 shifts per week and is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, and creating a positive, upbeat environment for clients. Responsibilities include assisting customers with memberships and products, maintaining salon cleanliness, and ensuring a great overall experience. Applicants do not need to be 18 to apply; however, team members who are 18 or older will also have training at one of our other locations in Laguna Niguel or Los Alamitos, but your shifts will strictly be at Costa Mesa. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold a professional environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and be trained at our Los Alamitos OR Laguna Niguel location as well as mainly working at our Costa Mesa location.
- Reliable transportation to commute to assigned training location.
- Open Availability and able to work weekends and weekdays
