FQHC Look‑Alike | Integrated Primary Care & Behavioral Health Clinic
Reports to: Supervising Primary Care Physician

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager (RN) to provide clinical oversight and operational leadership within our FQHC look-alike, integrated primary care and behavioral health clinic. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality, team-based patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Medical Assistants, including onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery
- Oversee referral workflows to ensure timely coordination, tracking, and follow-up
- Ensure full compliance with vaccine storage and handling requirements, including temperature monitoring and documentation
- Optimize clinical workflows and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aligned with FQHC look‑alike standards
- Manage medical supply inventory, ordering, and procurement
- Assist with staff education, clinical protocol implementation, and ongoing training initiatives
- Support regulatory compliance and readiness for audits and site reviews
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience (primary care strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Experience working in community health, FQHC, or integrated primary care and behavioral health settings
- Familiarity with quality improvement and team-based care models
