What to Expect After You Apply
Your application is the first step in your aviation career. Depending on the position and airport location, a station-based Talent Acquisition Business Partner may reach out with an invitation to attend one of our upcoming hiring events or an onsite interview.
Attending an onsite event allows you to interview in person and immediately move forward in the process if you receive an offer. Onsite, you'll also complete required onboarding paperwork and pre-employment screening, which may include an oral fluid drug screen. Our talent acquisition and human resource team will be onsite to guide you through the onboarding paperwork and drug screen.
Because our employees work in secure airport environments, and safety is the standard in our operations, you will also need to complete the required airport security-clearance (badging) process and Swissport training before beginning work. Our team will help you schedule your badging appointment once the onboarding paperwork and drug screen have been completed at the onsite hiring event.
Keep an eye on your email after applying as our recruiting team may reach out with and invite to complete the next steps onsite at our airport station office.
At Swissport, we believe in diversity, equal opportunity, and the power of our values to drive our success. We are committed to providing a workplace that fosters inclusion and where all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
