- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles when needed
- Support passengers with mobility challenges in a safe and respectful manner
- Communicate route, schedule, and service information clearly
- Represent zTrip with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and service-ready vehicle
- Safely operate wheelchair lifts, ramps, and accessibility equipment when required
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly
- Partner with dispatch and operations teams to ensure reliable service delivery
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Passenger (P) Endorsement required
- Clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and punctual work ethic
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating shuttle buses, transit vehicles, motor coaches, paratransit vehicles, or other passenger transportation vehicles
- Previous experience in transportation, hospitality, customer service, or related industries
- Familiarity with passenger assistance and accessibility equipment
