Floral Production Assistant - Salisbury, MD
Kitty’s Flowers has an immediate opportunity to join an established company with over 75 years of history as the Eastern Shore’s premier florist. We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our design team. Applicants should have the ability to multitask, positive attitude, and a passion for flowers. This position will require you to be on your feet and get your hands dirty.
*This is an entry level position, experience working with flowers or design not required but a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist design team by preparing vases and maintaining a clean and organized work space
- Help move the production along by adding finishing touches to arrangements and appropriately tagging them
- Ensure arrangements are always fresh and up to standard, removing outdated product
- Check in shipments and organize inventory
- Keep up with work station cleanliness
