We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Drain Technician who knows there’s more to the job than simply clearing a clogged drain.
The right technician can diagnose why the problem happened, properly camera and inspect sewer lines, identify damaged or failing piping, and clearly explain repair and replacement options to the customer.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and clear residential and commercial drain stoppages
- Perform sewer camera inspections and locate sewer lines
- Identify broken, collapsed, root-damaged, deteriorated, or improperly installed sewer piping
- Recognize legitimate sewer repair and replacement opportunities
- Document findings with photos and video
- Clearly explain findings and options to customers
- Generate opportunities for excavation, sewer replacement, and pipe rehabilitation
- Provide professional, high-quality customer service

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is technically strong AND comfortable talking with customers.
You should be able to walk into a drain call, solve the immediate problem, inspect the system, identify the root cause, and professionally educate the customer when a larger repair is needed.
Drain cleaning, sewer camera, locating, plumbing, excavation, or sewer repair experience is strongly preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
