Provide operational leadership and support for assigned healthcare operations, ensuring alignment with our mission, values, and performance expectations
Assess operational opportunities and implement strategies that improve quality, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance
Partner with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams to achieve operational goals and sustain high-quality resident care
Support business planning, budgeting, census development, and expense management to achieve strong operational results
Promote survey readiness and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Analyze key operational and quality metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement
Build collaborative relationships with clinical, financial, human resources, and support service teams to ensure coordinated operations
Active, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Virginia required
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of three years of healthcare leadership experience, including experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, preferably within skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, survey processes, reimbursement, budgeting, and operational best practices
Proven ability to lead teams, solve complex operational challenges, and drive measurable results
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
