Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience working in schools or with children/adolescents preferred
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical guidelines
- Must be fully onboarded and able to start right away
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and supervising BCBAs
- Record data with accuracy and maintain thorough progress notes
- Support students during classroom routines and transitions
- Reinforce positive behaviors and assist with skill-building activities
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
