WEEKEND FRIDAY-SUNDAY 6AM-6PM- 15% SHIFT PREMIUM)
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Prior related work experience in paint prep.
- Ability to set up wash equipment.
- Prior experience operating forklift; forklift certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Blue print reading and interpretation skills.
- Excellent understanding of safety practices and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to push heavy racks in and out of paint booth.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work under very warm conditions.
- Ability to stay after normal works hours as needed to assist with urgent, last minute and/or unpredictable tasks and projects.
- Ability to understand verbal and written details to complete assignments or jobs.
- Ability to identify and communicate with team leaders and manager regarding any machine and quality issues.
