Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while consistently exceeding performance expectations.
- Build a loyal clientele through personalized consultations, follow-up communication, and appointment booking.
- Deliver luxury skincare consultations, makeup applications, and fragrance recommendations.
- Recruit new clients through outreach, events, and community engagement.
- Lead by example in creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Coach and inspire teammates while partnering with store leadership to grow the overall beauty business.
- Execute Lancôme merchandising standards and maintain a beautiful, inviting counter.
- Increase average transaction value through complete skincare, makeup, and fragrance routines.
- Participate in store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing education and brand training.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in prestige cosmetics, skincare, luxury retail, or beauty sales preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and client service.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable performing consultations, demonstrations, and makeovers.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Lancôme, luxury beauty, Sephora, Ulta, Macy's, Nordstrom, or department store experience is a plus.
- Licensed esthetician or cosmetology license is welcomed but not required.
- Experience developing a loyal clientele.
- Comfortable using technology to maintain customer relationships and appointment scheduling.
