Join Our Team as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP)!
We are looking for self-driven, motivated, compassionate individuals to join our team at Goldenrod Behavioral Health Services.
What You'll Do:
-Provide skill-building, behavior support, and community integration services to children and young adults.
-Work 1:1 with clients in their homes and communities.
-Coach families in strategies to help children succeed.
-Document progress and communicate with the care team

Requirements:
-Must be available to work at least 15 hrs/wk
-Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
-Have a valid drivers license, registration, auto insurance and inspection.
- Must be able to pass background checks (MBCC, CPS, APS and drivers record check)
-Ability to uphold professional boundaries with clients and families
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferences:
-Has BHP and relevant certifications
-Experience working with children/Adolescents working with disabilities
-Is Flexible and Adaptable
-Wants to grow within a start up
-Knowledge of HIPAA
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
