- Manage high volume recruiting for both hourly and salaried workforce
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Drive conflict resolution and guide managers on disciplinary activities
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations
- Onboarding all new employees to company policies, procedures, systems, and culture
- Managing employee offboarding including exit interviews, accounts termination and post-employment benefits transitions
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws
- Development and oversight of comprehensive training programs tailored to our operational and continuous improvements initiatives
- Maintaining and updating company handbook policies
- Implement targeted strategies to address workforce shortages and reduce employee turnover
- Coordinate employee appreciation events

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education
- College degree preferred or 3+ years in Human Resources management roles
- SHRM certifications a plus
- Language Skills
- Must be able to read and interpret English language documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, company handbook, and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to speak and write in English effectively when presenting information to supervisors and fellow employees.
- Mathematical Skills
- Required to add, subtract, multiply and divide in units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- General knowledge of financial information and journal entries
- Reasoning Ability
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Computer Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of accounting systems
- Relationship Skills
- Must be able to keep information confidential
