Shifts: First shift is anytime between 6am-3pm. Second shift is anytime between 2pm -11pm and third shift is anytime between 10pm -7am.
Overview: We are seeking a Store Associate to join our team. This person will play a key role in supporting the store and working closely with customers.
Job Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and guide them to desired products

Posses in-depth knowledge of store merchandise to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations

Operate cash register, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions.

Arrange products attractively on shelves and displays to enhance customer experience and sales.

Stock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report stock discrepancies.

Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, including tidying up spills and debris.

Promote special offers and up-selling products.

Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash register accountability.
Skills & Abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculations.

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Detail-oriented to maintain neat displays and accurate inventory.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Minimum Requirements

At least 18 years old

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Consistently lift a minimum of 10 pounds

Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
