Job Summary
We are looking for team players, that know how to prioritize guest experience while maintaining our standards of service. We have a large menu and need quick learners that thrive in busy environments. Are you an order taker or do you take the t ime to guide guests experience? We work well together as a team and need a couple more dynamic individuals. Looking mainly for Nights, Weekends and Grave positions.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision and accountability
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation practices
- Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Background in hospitality or customer service roles that emphasize guest relations and service excellence
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
Pay: $12.14 - $25.83 per hour
