- Landscape maintenance experience
- Capable to operate moving equipment
- Self-motivated, Good communication skills – able to communicate with the customers
- Chemical application knowledge. Pesticide Application License is a plus. If not, Company will pay for the exam and testing.
- Ability to manage and train crew members
- Valid Driver’s License
- Certifications a plus
