Overview
Kiwi Workwear is expanding its wholesale distribution and adding a Territory Sales Representative. You will represent an established safety workwear line with a published wholesale price program, a per-product commission structure, and a protected territory. Your job is to put it in front of the buyers who need it.
About Kiwi Workwear
Kiwi Workwear is the safety workwear group of Leather Links Inc., a distribution business operating since 2000 out of Lorton, Virginia. We sell high-visibility safety apparel, work boots, and work gloves under three brands: Kiwi, Forj Tactical, and Ararat Footwear. Our hi-vis garments are compliant with ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 and Class 3. Our rated gloves carry EN 388 markings. Buyers in this category ask spec questions, and we answer them precisely. We will train you to do the same.
The role
You will own a territory and build its wholesale book. Your buyers are safety supply distributors, industrial and MRO distributors, general contractors and subcontractors, municipal and utility purchasers, and uniform program managers. Twelve months in, success looks like an active base of accounts in your territory that reorder without being chased.
Workwear is the priority. There is also a second book if you have the channels for it: the Leather Links general merchandise catalog. Blankets and bedding, luggage, duffle bags, and backpacks, stocked deep and sold wholesale. Its buyers are discount stores, flea market and swap meet vendors, and liquidation buyers. If you can sell into those channels too, you earn on both books.
