OPTION ONE – REGISTERED NURSE (RN) CASE MANAGER

Part-Time and Full-Time options (24–40 hours per week).

Full-time is paid to $115k salary + bonus opportunities. Mileage is reimbursed at 73 cents per mile.
This role allows you to design your own schedule, including choosing what days you want to work within your chosen territory while providing care throughout beautiful communities and home visits.
