Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage medical office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with healthcare providers
- Supervise and manage a team of office staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of phone systems and other office technology
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for staff members
- Greet visitors and provide assistance at the front desk as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office technology
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and files
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
