Position Overview: As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly voice our patients hear and the last warm smile they see before heading out the door. You’ll help keep the rhythm of our clinic flowing—making sure schedules stay balanced, patients feel cared for, and the little details are always handled with ease. Your role is all about creating a seamless, supportive experience from start to finish, while helping our team stay organized.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for patients by answering phone calls and promptly responding to messages.
- Keep our schedule on track by booking new patients and rebooking follow-ups with care and accuracy.
- Support patients at checkout, making sure they leave feeling cared for and confident about their next steps.
- Help keep our clinic organized and running smoothly by monitoring and maintaining inventory.
- Work closely with our team to create a supportive, calm environment where both patients and staff can thrive.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, Gmail, and quick adaptability to EHR systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Ability to juggle multiple details while keeping a calm, friendly presence.
- Good sales skills without sounding “salesy”!

Schedule:
- Hours: 22 hours / Part Time
- Working Days:
- Tuesday: 9:00AM - 5:30PM
- Wednesday: 11:00AM - 7:30PM
- Friday: 9:00AM - 2:00PM
Compensation:
- $18.00 - $20.00/hr, based on experience
Location:
- On-site at our functional medicine clinic in Draper, UT.
